All orders will be processed during our hours of operation from 10a-5p, Monday-Friday. All transit times are counted in business days (Monday- Friday). Pick-up day is counted as Day 0. Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day.
We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States and to military addresses containing APO, FPO or DPO. Delta 8 products shipping is restricted in some states and are listed here.
Orders will be processed and usually shipped if order is placed before 3:00p Pacific Standard time, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Packages will be shipped from our 17901 Arenth Ave City of Industry, Ca 91748 warehouse.
While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, LITTO does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account or through your account profile.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of LITTO and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the carrier in use. LITTO strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. LITTO is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.
Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:
LITTO strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, LITTO is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Orders may be edited up to 30 minutes after being placed. After that time, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you wish to make a change on your order. Due to the volume of orders LITTO receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request.
We are required to charge sales tax for orders made in the state of California. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
